Outline

Educational Policies

  1. To foster people who can demonstrate their abilities in any arena, by teaching not only knowledge and skills but also respect for self and others, which is necessary for truly international people.

  2. To foster people with a broad outlook that is grounded in the learner’s own culture and traditions and that will allow them to respond to any of the world’s diverse cultures.

  3. To foster well-balanced individuals who are considerate and gentle towards others. Because mutual communication is important in this respect, academic and administrative staff will work together to develop learners’ communicative skills.

  4. To develop the individual’s latent abilities, while respecting the individuality of the learner.

  5. To institute a caring and always learner-centered system of instruction.

  6. To foster the ability to take a leading role, which together with a global outlook and creativity, will allow the learner to make a contribution on the international stage.

  7. To continually strive toward educational systems that will reliably meet the goals of each educational establishment.
